To support planning of sales targets for the site for the financial year in liaison with the Site Head – Sales/ Project Head – Sales. To work in close coordination with the Site Head Sales & Project Head Sales to ensure achievement of sales targets. To assist in deal closures on site. To build Channel Partner Network & explain the project and activating new channel partners. To provide proper clarity to the Channel partners & customers if required regarding the construction timelines, financing options, maintenance management, etc. during the sales stage. To map the competition & their differentiators. Ensure that the booking formalities are completed before handing over to the CRM. To support the Customer Relationship Manager and Customer Support team for managing customers with any queries specific to the deal.
